Adults Occupational Therapist –Walsall
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist on behalf of a client based in Walsall.
Location: Walsall (Hybrid – community-based with a minimum of 1 day per week at one of the centres)
Pay Rate:
£28.40 per hour (Umbrella)
£25.05 per hour (PAYE, inclusive)Contract Type: Ongoing
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Adults Occupational Therapist to join a community-based team in Walsall. This is a hybrid role, combining community visits with office-based working at least once per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Enablement Assessments for adults in the community
Develop and implement personalised Enablement Plans
Work collaboratively with service users and multidisciplinary teams
Instruct and support Enablement Officers with interventions
Promote independence and improve outcomes for service usersRequirements:
Qualified Occupational Therapist with valid HCPC registration
Experience within adult social care settings
Strong understanding of enablement/rehabilitation approaches
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
