Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a Housing Occupational Therapist to join a local authority team in Hull. This role offers hybrid working and a competitive rate of £33.72 per hour.

About the Role

As a Housing OT, you will support residents to live safely and independently in their homes. You will carry out assessments, recommend adaptations, and work closely with housing, health, and social care teams to improve outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct housing-related OT assessments.
Recommend adaptations and equipment to enhance independence.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with housing providers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Support residents to access appropriate housing solutions.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
Experience in housing adaptations, community OT, or local authority settings.
Strong assessment, report writing, and case management skills.
Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
