Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Nuneaton (CV10)
Contract Type: Part‑time (1–2 days per week, 8–16 hours)
Role Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and dynamic team at Forge Care’s flagship service in Nuneaton. This role involves delivering occupational therapy within a trauma‑informed and neuro‑affirming framework, supporting children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
* Experience working with children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma
* Confidence in assessing sensory needs and implementing practical strategies in a residential care setting
* Excellent communication, report‑writing and time‑management skills
* Reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team
* Passionate about promoting participation, independence and wellbeing in daily life
