Job Title: Occupational Hygiene Consultant
Location: Worcester, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits
An independent compliance outfit is seeking a detail-oriented Occupational Hygiene Consultant to join their growing team. Applicants must hold industry modules / training, alongside robust technical knowledge. You will be working across a diverse range of new an existing client contracts, including: commercial, industrial and manufacturing. The role is within a medium-sized outfit, who have imminent plans for growth in the next 6-12 months. It is imperative that applicants hold strong literacy and numeracy skills. Experience / Qualifications:
* Experience working as an Occupational Hygiene Consultant
* Must hold industry qualifications, i.e. W201, W503, W506 and / or W507
* Ideally will hold the BOHS P601
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible to travel in line with company needs
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
* Conducting risk assessments, inspections, sampling and testing across a range of client sites
* LEV testing, analysis and COSHH assessments
* Highlighting risk levels for vibration, noise, dust, fume and air quality
* Safely collecting and storing samples
* Producing detailed technical reports
* Providing regular updates and technical advice to clients
* Fostering strong professional relationships with clients
* Maintaining own personal technical knowledge
* Working to agreed deadlines and personal targets
