Job title: Occupational Health & Wellbeing Lead

Type: Permanent

Location: St Albans, London

Salary: Dependant on experience + travel expenses / allowance

Role

This role will be a blend of administration / co-ordination but also research, design and delivery of key Occupational Health & Wellbeing programmes across the Sisk Group, it will require you to work closely with key stakeholders such as HR, Health & Safety and our project-based teams. The role is a one-year contract to cover maternity leave.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct DSE Assessments AND lead on the Wider DSE Assessment Programme
Create Occupational health related policies
Research, Design and delivery of effective health protection Programmes
Support and promote mental health programmes and initiatives

Essential requirements:

IOSH qualification
DSE Assessor Training
Mental Health Awareness Training
Occupational Hygiene
