Role: Occupational Health Physician
Salary: Up to £130k
Hours: Part time (3 days)
Location: Remote
Amber Mace are currently working with a client looking for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join them on a permanent basis. This will be a remote role, with a focus on case management and ill health retirement. Our client is an established Occupational Health firm providing effective service and advice on work related issues and health surveillance programmes.
You will be required to deliver the highest standard or services to patients and clients, in line with the code of conduct provided by the General Medical Council and Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
Role Duties:
* This role will be entirely remote
* This role will be primarily case management (up to 6 cases per day)
* Responsible for ill health retirement assessments
* Sign off on health surveillance reports and urine tests
* Provide medical advice, and deal with more technical and complex cases
* Work closely with the senior team to provide the highest standard of service
* Provide clinical support to the team of Occupational Health Nurses, Advisors and Technicians
* Maintain expected standards in line with GMC requirements
Requirements:
* Full GMC registration, DipOccMed
* MFOM/FFOM is essential
* HAVs Tier 4
* Experience working with schools is desirable but not essential
* IHR assessment experience
