Occupational Health Physician - Remote/Home Based
Package Details: £100,000 - £115,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 30 - 37.5 Hours Per Week (4 to 5 Days Per Week Available – Flexible Working Hours)
Location: Remote/Home Based

Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Physician. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Physician to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.

The Role:

* You will be completing case management remotely, this will be either telephone or video consultation. The successful candidate will also have input into clinical governance, mentoring and supporting the OH nurses and allied health professionals, as well as developing and maintaining clinical standards.

* You will report to Directors and will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of OH expertise and management skills as an integral part of the Occupational Health Leadership Team.

Requirements:

* A valid GMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.

* Ideally qualified as an FFOM, MFOM or AFOM, however a DOccMed can also be considered.

* Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Physician.

* A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.

* A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.

* A valid Full UK driving licence. (Desired but not essential)

Package Details:

* Salary £100,000 - £115,000 per annum.
