Looking to step away from the pressures of mainstream classroom teaching? This is an opportunity to work in a more flexible, rewarding way—supporting learners on a 1:1 basis across all key stages.
You’ll deliver personalised sessions to pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 4 and Further Education, supporting those with SEND and SEMH needs to re-engage with learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.
Roles are primarily based in Salford, with additional opportunities across Wigan, Atherton, Lancashire, and surrounding areas. Sessions take place in safe, community-based settings such as libraries and local venues.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 learning sessions across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, and FE

* Support emotional regulation, engagement, and personal development
* Create calm, structured, and positive learning environments
* Use a nurture-based, relationship-led approach
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification – essential
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs across any key stage
* Strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching practices
* Patient, adaptable, and learner-centred approach
