JCO Healthcare is working exclusively with a highly regarded and established care home provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well-established home in the Thetford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected organisation at an exciting stage of its journey, with ambitious plans for future growth and expansion.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strong, engaging Home Manager who can provide visible leadership, maintain high standards of care and continue to drive the home forward.

You do not need to be nurse-qualified. What’s most important is your experience of successfully leading within an elderly nursing environment, together with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, occupancy and team development.

What We’re Looking For

* Experienced Home Manager within an elderly care nursing environment

* Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements

* Commercially aware with an understanding of occupancy and budgets

* Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care

* Confident, supportive and visible leadership style

* Nurse qualification welcomed, but not essential

* £60,000–£70,000 DOE / Negotiable
