**Work as a Registered Manager for a highly regarded care home based in Felixstowe!**
My client seeks an Experienced Registered Manager with strong Home management experience who can lead and motivate a team of clinical staff and ensure CQC compliance. Ideally you will be nurse qualified, however will consider non-nurse managers, who have previously successfully run elderly nursing services. About the Job & What we need from you:
• You will take an active approach in redevelopment of the business
• Implement all care and business strategies
• Ideally a Nursing PIN, however will also consider a Non-nurse manager.
• Oversee the delivery of person centred care and all safeguarding issues
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors
• Improve occupancy and developing the homes’ profile within the local community
• Take an active role in marketing the home and developing links with local authorities and other outside organisations
• Strong understanding of all HR processes
• Proven ability leading managing and leading a large team
• Strong business acumen
