We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead our nursing home through an exciting new chapter.

Following a period of closure, our home is reopening and undergoing a significant refurbishment programme, creating a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to shape the future of the service and build a thriving community for residents and colleagues alike.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance and resident experience. A key focus of the role will be driving occupancy growth and establishing the home as the provider of choice within the local community.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys developing services, building relationships and leading high-performing teams. You will be supported by an experienced and engaged senior leadership team committed to your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide visible and inspirational leadership to the team.

* Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.

* Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.

* Develop strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

* Build occupancy through community engagement, networking and effective marketing initiatives.

* Recruit, develop and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.

* Manage budgets and drive commercial performance.

About You

* Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential.

* Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager within elderly care.

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.

* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent outcomes.

* Commercial awareness with experience of driving occupancy and building local relationships.

* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a positive culture.
