Purosearch are working in partnership with a wonderful care provider who require a new Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager to oversee a luxury care home / nursing home based in the Bury St Edmunds area.
The successful Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
-Nurse qualification RGN / RMN
-Proven track record of successful care home management
-Proven success in the nursing home sector
-Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
Duties will include:
-Overall responsibility of the nursing home
-Staff management/appraisals/Training within the nursing home
-Care plans/reviews/meetings
-Budget management for the home
