Are you a compassionate and experienced Nurse qualified Home Manager seeking a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead a team as Home Manager at a medium-sized nursing home in the Chesterfield area, situated near Derby. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care services in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• Nurse qualification with active registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
