Salary: Up to £70,000 + £40,000 Bonus
Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for your next challenge with a provider that genuinely rewards success?
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead a well-established nursing home in the Harrogate area. This is an exciting opportunity to take full operational responsibility for a service and drive outstanding standards of care, compliance, occupancy, and team engagement.
About the Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of person-centred care while delivering strong commercial and operational results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
* Maintain full regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders.
* Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
* Create a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing and staff engagement.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
* Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager within an elderly care setting.
* Strong track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes.
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
