Nursing Home Manager

Whittlesey - Cambridgeshire

£42000 plus £5000 bonus

My client is a nursing home healthcare provider for eldelry customers and they are looking for a qualified RGN/RMN or Level 5 manager to join thier stunning service.

Our Manager role involves:

To provide nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support the team.

They will have a degree of clinical experience and leadership that provides expertise and confidence to the nursing team and ward overall.

They will become registered manager and ensure quality care is given to all residents within thier home.

To be successful as Nursing Home Manager, you'll need:

• First level Registered Nurse or a Qualified Registered Manager Level 5

• Clinical supervision experience essential,

• Evidence of managing a similar

• Good computer skills

• Experience in elderly care
