Are you a dynamic and motivated Home Manager with a passion for providing top-quality care to older people? Our client is looking for a Home Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing home in Cleveland, specialising in care for older people and dementia patients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a private and reputable care provider.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a basic salary of £55,000, which is reviewed annually. You'll also have up to 33 days of annual leave and the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.
Our client is a private and reputable care provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to older people and those with dementia. They operate a medium-sized nursing home, both nursing and residential, and are committed to improving the lives of their residents.
As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the finances and budgets of the home.
Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home.
Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care.
Exceeding the internal quality expectations and those of the CQC.

To be successful in the Home Manager role, you'll need:
A strong background in working with Dementia in the elderly care sector at Home Manager level with a good CQC track record.
To be a dynamic, confident, and innovative leader with good networking skills.
An open, approachable personality and the ability to manage a team.
Good longevity and experience of working in care homes for Older People.
