* Clinical Governance: Oversee clinical audits, care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and quality assurance processes, ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly.

* Staff Development: Support recruitment, retention, supervision, appraisals, competency assessments and ongoing professional development.

* Resident & Family Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

* Operational Management: Oversee staffing, admissions, occupancy, resources and day-to-day service delivery to ensure the home operates efficiently and effectively.

* Financial Performance: Manage budgets and expenditure responsibly, balancing commercial objectives with consistently high standards of care.

* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service quality, resident outcomes, staff engagement and overall home performance.

* Partnership Working: Work collaboratively with commissioners, local healthcare services, regulatory bodies and other professionals to support positive outcomes for residents.
