JCO Healthcare is delighted to be working on a confidential basis to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a luxury nursing home in North West London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded care provider, taking responsibility for the leadership and continued development of a high-quality nursing home.
The Role
We’re looking for an accomplished Home Manager who combines strong clinical and operational leadership with commercial awareness, and who is passionate about delivering an exceptional standard of care and resident experience.
You’ll lead and develop the home’s team, maintain strong standards across CQC compliance, quality, occupancy and financial performance, and build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing a nursing or high-quality elderly care home
* Strong understanding of CQC and regulatory compliance
* Excellent leadership and people-management skills
* Commercially aware, with experience of budgets and occupancy
* Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care
* Confident working within a premium care environment
* Nurse qualification advantageous but not essential
