REF 123 | REGISTERED MANAGER (RN) | LEARNING DISABILITY SERVICE WITH NURSING | COULSDON AREA | £55,000 BASE + BONUS | ESTABLISHED, GOOD-RATED SERVICE
Ready to lead a well-established, Good-rated service? Forest Care Selection is working with a specialist provider of Mental Health and ABI services to find its next Registered Manager.
You’ll take the lead at a Learning Disability care home with nursing in the Coulsdon area, providing specialist residential and nursing care for people with Learning Disabilities.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the established residential and nursing home, maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, develop and support the established team to deliver the highest standards of care.
* Drive strong governance, effective risk management and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
* Registration experience in a Learning Disability, Mental Health or complex nursing service.
* A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* NMC PIN
* Deputy Managers ready for their first registration will also be considered.
