Role: Support Worker
Pay rate: £12.26 - £14.71 per hour (weekly pay)
Shift Pattern: Bank hours only available, 12 hours Days/Nights
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.
Requirements: Care experience, UK drivers license
This position is open to female support workers only, due to the families preference
Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based within a commutable distance to Stoke-on-Trent.

Who we’re looking for.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, operating on shifts to ensure round-the-clock care coverage.
Administering deep oral suctioning
PEG feeding
Offering day-to-day assistance as needed
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times
Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided
Who you’ll be working with.
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
Experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
