Locum Digital Health Nurse in Berkshire
We are currently recruiting for an experienced nurse to work within Berkshire.
Sessions available:
Ad-hoc (short-term locum)
12-hour sessions available
Weekdays and weekends between the hours of 8:00 till 18:00Sessions available immediately
Location: Berkshire (on-site)
About the locum sessions:
As a Digital Health nurse, you will be providing expert clinical knowledge to remotely triage, using virtual technologies for patients with short-term and long-term conditions.
You will be a beneficial role in monitoring and responding to markers of declining patient health - helping to prevent patient hospital admission.
This is a digital role that will be completed on site.
Essential requirements:
Experienced within remote triage
