Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school? We are working closely with a welcoming primary school in Helston that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school.

This role offers flexible working hours and is supplied through Teaching Personnel, making it ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will play a key role in helping pupils engage with their learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

⭐ What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or support setting
A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to adapt to the needs of individual pupils and the wider classroom
A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
