Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Monitor and record the progress and development of children
Support children's social, emotional, and educational developmentRequirements:
Previous experience working with Early Years children
Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children
