Job Title: Nursery LSA
Location: South Ockendon
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team of educators. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in early years education and have experience working in a nursery setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing individual who is eager to contribute to the growth and development of children in their formative years.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education.
Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote children's physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in early years education (preferred).
Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner.
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development.
