Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 & Level 3
Location: Exeter, Devon
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour
Contract: Flexible / Day-to-Day / Short-Term / Long-Term

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team, with opportunities available for an immediate start.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Ability to drive and reliably commute to nursery settings across Exeter and surrounding areas
A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
Confidence supporting children across different age groups, from babies to preschool
Flexibility and adaptability when working in different nursery environments
Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable but not essential)
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play and personal care
Building positive relationships with children, parents and nursery teams
Encouraging children's independence, communication and social development
Following safeguarding policies and EYFS guidelines
