Nursery Room Manager Level 3
Department: Early Years
Pay: From £30,653 annum + amazing benefits
Area: Lewisham – SE14
Hours: Full time (Monday – Friday) positions available
Summary:
We are looking for permanent staff who are fully motivated to support our team and deliver a high standard of care for our children. This is a very good opportunity for nursery room managers with a NNEB or NVQ’s of a Level 3 or above to get involved and help to make our nurseries operate smoother, ideally you must be someone who is hardworking, has a positive mentality and is flexible.
A bit about the role
You’ll manage a team in your room to create and plan daily activities to engage and teach the children. You’ll also work closely with the management team and parents building great relationships.
Your role will consist of managing a room and to conduct daily activities to help keep the children entertained and engaged. At times you will have to use your initiative, however you will be working very closely with the nursery management team to keep standards high.

Qualifications:
* Level 3 or above in Childcare or equivalent
* Experience of working with children in an early year setting
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability lead a ratio bound team and build strong relationships.
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
* The right to work in the UK
* An ability to safeguard and protect children
* To be positive, adaptable and friendly
