Nursery Room Leader**
**Tonbridge, Kent**
**Salary up to 30k**
Our client is located in a beautiful setting with a devoted team. They are currently looking for a Room Mentor to join their team. You will have both key worker responsibilities and staff management duties as a Room Mentor. You will be responsible for working with your own key children, acting as a manager and mentor to other practitioners and monitoring that high standards of learning are being met to ensure the children have the best start in life.
*Full Time 40 hours per week, 5 days per week or 4 days per week, 7.30-6.00 with a 30 minute break
