Nursery Room Leader
Brentwood
Salary: Up to £27,000pa
Great Starts Recruitment Ltd are working with a day nursery in Brentwood who are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to provide the best possible care and support for children aged 18 months - 5 years depending on position. There is a Room Leader vacancy in both the toddler and preschool room.
Responsibilities:
Be a key worker
Support children's learning and development
Record children's development using an Early Years software
Complete medium and short term planning
Oversee staff within the room
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Requirements:
Level 3 Childcare qualification (this qualification must meet the Ofsted requirement and we can check this if you are unsure)
Room Leader role experience is preferred however, if you are an experience practitioner looking for your next step, this will also be highly considered
