We have a nursery close to Aldershot who are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join an established team.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure that each child enjoys rich and stimulating experiences tailored to their age and developmental stage
Uphold and promote exceptional quality standards within the nursery, focusing on the environment, resources, and experiences offered to the children
Work collaboratively within the room team to foster a love for learning
Create a secure, welcoming, and intellectually stimulating environment that nurtures the children emotionallyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Previous experience in a day care nursery
Minimum childcare qualification at Level 3
