We are expanding our pool of Early Years educators to support schools across the Truro area, with opportunities available in Nursery, Reception and EYFS settings.

The Role

You may be:

Supporting children within Nursery and Reception classes
Delivering engaging play-based learning activities
Encouraging communication, social skills and independence
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting children with additional learning needs
Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification
Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting
Is warm, positive and enthusiastic
Understands the importance of child development
Builds positive relationships with children and colleagues
Is committed to helping every child thrive
