The Role

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Create engaging, stimulating, and nurturing learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Contribute to a safe, happy, and inclusive nursery environment

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality early years education
