Description:
Calling all quiet heroes, daily champions, and heart-led guardians of little ones…
Some heroes don’t wear capes — they read one more story, know exactly when a hug is needed, turn puddles into adventures, and make every child feel safe, seen, and celebrated. That’s who we’re looking for.
Where? Right here across beautiful Plymouth— coast, countryside, and all the lovely places in between.
Your Superpowers:
• You nurture confidence, kindness, and curiosity — naturally
• You keep little ones safe and happy, calm in the busy moments and gentle in the quiet ones
• You know child development, health & safety, and best practice — not as rules, but as care in action
• You turn ordinary days into magic: beach walks, woodland explorations, craft creations, and big laughs
• You listen, you notice, you encourage — every child matters deeply to you
• Qualified, experienced, DBS-checked, and passionate about what you do
What Makes You Our Perfect Hero:
• You’ve got the professional background — nanny, childminder, early years educator, or similar recognised qualification
• You live and breathe care that’s warm, respectful, and individual
• You’re reliable, open, and ready to be a trusted, steady part of a child's world
• You love Plymouth— and you’re excited to share all its wonders with little ones
If you’re the kind of superhero who builds confidence, sparks joy, and guards childhood with all you’ve got — we want to meet you.
Tell us your story. What do you love most about caring for children? What makes your approach special?
Step forward, hero — Tinies is waiting for you
