About the Role

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming school-based nursery in Worthing from September. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive Early Years team, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging EYFS activities.
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Observe, monitor, and record children's progress.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning opportunities.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

Requirements

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or school-based Early Years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive, and caring approach to supporting young children.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
