What You'll Be Doing

Creating engaging and inspiring learning experiences for children
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence
Encouraging outdoor exploration and nature-based learning
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Helping to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Observing children's development and celebrating their achievements
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
A genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
