Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a highly regarded independent Early Years setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who is looking for a term-time only position, while still benefiting from a competitive permanent salary.
The successful candidate will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS, helping to create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Complete observations and support developmental tracking
* Promote children’s social, emotional and personal development
* Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
* Work closely with parents, carers and the wider Early Years team
* Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements:
* Must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
* Previous nursery or Early Years experience
* Strong understanding of the EYFS
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
* Strong safeguarding knowledge
