The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development through fun and engaging activities
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support children's individual development and learning journeys
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Work as part of a friendly and dedicated nursery team
Follow safeguarding and EYFS procedures

We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
A good understanding of the EYFS framework
