Salary: £93 - £110 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.

Contract: Full time, temporary, long term.
Hours: Term time; daily hours and assignment arrangements confirmed before placement.
From sharing a story to helping a child try something independently, everyday interactions shape early development. Transparency Education is recruiting a Nursery Nurse for an Early Years opportunity in Wandsworth.
You will support young children’s learning, play and care routines, helping them feel secure enough to explore. We are looking for qualified practitioners who enjoy getting involved, notice children’s interests and work closely with colleagues and families.
Responsibilities
• Support age-appropriate play that develops language, curiosity and coordination.
• Use songs, stories and conversation to encourage communication.
• Observe children’s development and share useful information with the team.
• Provide personal care and support meals or rest routines sensitively.
• Maintain safe, welcoming activity spaces and follow hygiene procedures.
Requirements
• A recognised Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification.
• Experience working with young children and an understanding of the EYFS.
• A caring, practical approach and confidence communicating with families.
• Paediatric first-aid training is desirable.
• An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to complete one as part of the recruitment process.
