Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Salary: £12.83 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
Childcare Support:
Assist in the day-to-day care and supervision of children
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and play.
Activities and Curriculum:
Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
Engage children in creative and developmental play.
Safety and Well-being:
Ensure a safe and secure environment for children at all times.
Monitor and address the individual needs of each child, including health and dietary requirements.
Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in care and education.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
Basic understanding of child development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
A genuine passion for working with young children.
