Do you have excellent experience providing high-quality care to babies and young children in a nursery setting?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a nursery setting in Gillingham that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner. The nursery is seeking a caring and passionate individual who can help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children feel supported and encouraged to learn through play.
The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner on a full-time, long-term basis, providing consistent care and support to young children throughout their daily routines. The successful Nursery Practitioner will be responsible for supporting feeding, nappy changing, personal care and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, while promoting their social, emotional and physical development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)
Excellent experience working with babies and young children in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Confidence in supporting personal care routines, including feeding, nappy changing and maintaining children's hygiene
The ability to engage children in stimulating, age-appropriate play and learning activities that encourage their development
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills
