We're looking for someone who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 2 / Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
Creates engaging learning experiences that support every child's development
Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Joining Bonus Terms
Available to new starters who begin employment on or before 30th August 2026
Applicants must hold a full and relevant DfE-approved Level 2/Level 3 (or above) Childcare Qualification
Applicable to contracts between 25-40 hours per week
Subject to successful pre-employment checks and Right to Work verification
Bonus is subject to tax and National Insurance where applicable
Please note: Applicants must live within a commutable distance of the nursery and have the Right to Work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available. An Enhanced DBS check is required.
