Nursery Nurse
Location: Chipping Norton
Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week
Contract: Permanent

Nala Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive nursery who are looking for a Nursery Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and dedicated Early Years professional who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.
The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will support the day-to-day care and education of children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality care and support to children
* Supporting children’s learning and development through play and engaging activities
* Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Supporting children with their personal care needs where required
* Helping to plan and deliver activities that encourage children’s development
* Observing children and contributing to their learning and development records
* Supporting the wider nursery team with the smooth running of the setting
* Promoting good health, safety and hygiene practices
* Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Caring, friendly and approachable
* Passionate about working with young children
* Patient and understanding
* Reliable and responsible
* A good team player with strong communication skills
* Keen to support children’s learning and development
* Able to create positive relationships with children and families
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or nursery environment would also be beneficial.
