Nursery Manager
Location: Near Garstang, Lancashire
Salary: Dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent
Tiny Tots Recruitment is looking for a Nursery Manager to lead an early years setting near Garstang.
This role would suit an experienced Nursery Manager or a confident Deputy Manager ready to progress. You’ll oversee the daily running of the nursery, support the staff team and ensure children receive high-quality care and education.
The role:

Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery.

Support and develop the team through supervision, guidance and training.
*
Oversee the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*
Maintain effective safeguarding, health and safety practices.
*
Manage staffing arrangements and maintain accurate nursery records.
*
Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
*
Monitor the quality of provision and drive improvements.
About you:
*
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
*
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
*
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and nursery operations.
*
Confident leadership, communication and organisational skills.
*
A caring, approachable manner and a commitment to children’s wellbeing.
