An Outstanding Opportunity for an Experienced Nursery Leader
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead an established nursery in BD3, Bradford.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a busy nursery setting, providing strategic leadership and operational excellence while ensuring every child receives outstanding care, learning opportunities and support.
You'll be responsible for creating a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement and exceptional practice while supporting and developing a committed team of early years professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inspiring leadership and effective day-to-day management of the nursery.
Ensure excellent standards of safeguarding, welfare and regulatory compliance.
Lead the delivery of a rich, inclusive and ambitious EYFS curriculum.
Monitor children's progress and ensure timely interventions and support where required.
Manage staffing, deployment, recruitment, training and staff development.
Maintain strong parent partnerships and community relationships.
Monitor occupancy, admissions, budgets and operational performance.
Ensure the nursery remains fully compliant with Ofsted and statutory requirements.
About You
You will be an experienced childcare professional with a proven track record of leadership within an early years setting.
You'll have:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
Experience managing teams within a nursery environment.
Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
Strong people management and communication skills.
The ability to motivate, coach and develop staff.
A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and education.
