Are you a Nursery Manager looking for work in Bedford?
Winner Education are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a nursery based in the Bedford area. The nursery has an outstanding reputation and is an ever-growing nursery chain with over 300 nurseries in the UK and abroad. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments which make a real difference to the lives of all children! This a full time, permanent position. Experienced Deputy Managers will also be considered for this role. You must have a minimum of either an NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
The successful Nursery Manager will be required to:
Support the Centre Director and Operations Leadership Team with day to day operation of the nursery
Lead, mentor and inspire the team
Previous experience of working within Early Years as a Manager or Deputy Manager
Ensure essential everyday tasks are completed
Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Deliver outstanding care and education opportunities
Conduct regular appraisals and CPD opportunities for their staff
Have exceptional behaviour management
Be the designated safeguard lead
Attend training sessions and lead all staff meetings
Support with staff recruitment
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
Have a passion for developing children ready for their school journey
Be resilient and strong-willed
Display the skills to be a effective role model
