Nursery Manager

TeacherActive is pleased to be working with a nursery based in the Wirral area in their search for a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager. The role has arisen due to expansion of their 75+ place nursery. The nursery is highly rated and sought after by parents and parents to be. With their fantastic indoor and outdoor settings, age appropriate activities are formulated and utilised in continuous provision.  

Your role will include the following duties:

Ensuring the safety of the children, and staff are fully trained. 
To ensure the setting is upholding standards set by the EYFS, OFSTED, local authorities, and other relevant parties. 
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and play a crucial role in the training of staff, and development of the children in your care. 

The successful Nursery Manager will have:

· Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (required)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in nurseries in a senior role

· Reliability and commitment

· Adaptability and flexibility
