Nursery Manager

TeacherActive is happy to be working with an exceptional nursery based in the Southport area, with their search for a new member of their management team, to oversee staff and children, and ensure the daily runnings of the nursery. The nursery is highly sought after, with its prime location and reputation. The setting has a fantastic outdoor area, filled with age appropriate activities to further enhance the children's development through play. 

Your role will include the following duties:

Ensuring the safety of the children, and staff are fully trained. 
To ensure the setting is upholding standards set by the EYFS, OFSTED, local authorities, and other relevant parties. 
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and play a crucial role in the training of staff, and development of the children in your care. 

The successful Nursery Manager will have:

· Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (required)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in nurseries in a senior role

· Reliability and commitment

· Adaptability and flexibility
