* Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (Fixed)
* Monday to Thursday: Highly flexible hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Exact setup can be discussed and tailored to suit you, provided the total weekly hours equal 40).

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and office-based Nursery Manager to lead their team, manage day-to-day operations, and nurture this wonderful learning environment.

Key Requirements
* Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Nursery Manager, OR a strong Deputy Manager with extensive experience acting as a Nursery Manager.
* Commute: Must live within a maximum 30-minute commute of the nursery in Bounds Green (N11).
* Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided).
* Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of EYFS/Ofsted regulations, and fantastic communication skills with both staff and parents.
