A well-established nursery in Redbridge is seeking an experienced, passionate, and organised Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy nursery setting. The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the nursery, leading the team, maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring children thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
* Lead, support, and motivate nursery staff
* Ensure safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards are consistently met
* Create a safe, engaging, and learning-focused environment for children
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Oversee staff rotas, training, recruitment support, and nursery administration
* Monitor quality standards and support continuous improvement across the nursery
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Previous nursery experience with leadership or management responsibility
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Positive leadership style with a hands-on approach
* Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early years education
