* Salary: £45,000 per annum
* Job Type: Full-time , Permanent, All Year Round
* The Work Schedule:
They offer an incredible shift pattern that includes a short day before the weekend. While the exact setup from Monday to Thursday can be discussed and adjusted (as long as total hours match), their preferred schedule is:
* 3 Days: 8:00am – 6:00pm
* 1 Day: 8:00am – 3:00pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Nursery Manager, OR a strong Deputy Manager who has extensive experience working as an Acting Manager.
* Mindset: A champion of child-led growth, outdoor play, and safely learning through positive risk-taking.
* Skills: Excellent leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of EYFS/Ofsted regulations, and fantastic communication skills with staff and parents.
