About the Setting
You'll be leading a modern nursery caring for over 80 children across 9 well-equipped rooms, supported by a friendly team of more than 20 staff.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience managing an early years setting
* Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Has strong leadership and people management skills
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare
* Has a thorough understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Can motivate, inspire and develop a successful team
